| Posted: 15 Nov 2012 09:53 AM PST I love my Triumph and rarely give second glances to other supersports, but daaayum this bike would get more than a head turn from me! Stylistically, the Arac ZXS looks something like a hybrid of Jap brands and the Italian Ducati, none of which hold a match to the ZXS’s extremely robust body and aggressive stance. This v-twin beast is 100% street fighter. As with any concept, it’s hard to say what the performance is like, but judging by the mean look on its face, it’s safe to say that it’s somewhere between breathtaking and heart-stopping. Sharp lines and curves surround the engine compartment- the result of a body design that naturally continues through the whole frame, giving the impression of a metal skin with two tone-color (in this case black and fire orange). The seating area is also quite large providing better comfort and comes to a point as the currently popular thinner tail with integrated back light. The front light head is also unique in its pure form and the new technology that uses a light emitting glass plates that gives a bright, white, directional light. An additional smart riding feature called the “safe drive system” can be toggled on and off, and consists of an integrated sensor that tracks and notes speed and distance from surrounding vehicles. It slightly regulates speed when cruising to keep a safe distance from other vehicles, but is easily bypassed by picking up speed or simply flipping a switch. Designer: Mako Petrovic

Designer Frank Guo innocently muses at the thought of using a laptop mouse, which can be cumbersome. As a solution he's drawn up on the Clip Mouse, which requires no carrying. Its unique 'C' shape and flexible material provide an easy way to affix the mouse to a laptop. Simply slide it on from the side and it attaches to the laptop securely. | Posted: 15 Nov 2012 09:11 AM PST The Green Cooker is an outdoor cooking appliance that utilizes Solar panels and water for it's functioning. Design-wise it features a flat retractable cooking panel that allows you to conveniently cook food while camping. It folds up to a column size and makes perfect sense as a portable appliance. Although working details are sketchy, it doesn't take away the fact that the cooker can become a clever addition to any camp-supply system. Green Cooker is a 2012 iF Design Talents entry. The Smooth Inductor is an energy-saving iron that utilizes a ferromagnetic sole plate system that only heats when in contact with the included induction board. Lazerwood makes thin wood veneers that turn those slick aluminum keys into rich, tactile wood. Time consuming yes but the results look amazing. Each piece is laser cut so if anything is off, you have no one to blame but your hands. Available in walnut or cherry for all MacBook unibody models and wireless keyboards with English layouts.
